Overview

Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Sun Microsystems and Cray invite you to join us for a two-day workshop on Lustre scalability at ORNL, May 19-20, 2009.

This workshop brings together members of the world’s largest Lustre deployments, principal Lustre developers from Sun, and Cray Lustre engineers to identify key scalability issues and develop a realistic roadmap for Lustre to achieve multiple Terabytes/sec of bandwidth and manageability of exabytes of storage by 2015. Participants will also have the opportunity to review the proposed Lustre architecture to meet HPCS performance and scalability requirements.

This workshop is a follow-on to the previous Lustre scalability workshop held at ORNL on February 9-10 which covered scalability challenges through 2012.
