Ewok is an Intel-based Infiniband cluster running Linux. The system is provided as an end-to-end resource for NCCS users. It is used for workflow automation for jobs running from jaguar and for advanced data analysis.

The system contains 81 nodes. Each node contains two 3.4 GHz Pentium IV processors and 6 GB of memory. An additional node contains 4 dual-core AMD processors and 64 GB of memory. The system is configured with a 20 TB Lustre filesystem for scratch space.

NOTE:  Users should not run production simulations on Ewok. These jobs should instead be run on one of the primary NCCS systems such as phoenix or jaguar.
